Children, Shapes and Colors

 

Mythologies, labyrinths, ice cream, monsters,

sea life - anything can inspire me in creating tunnels, passes, hidden places and stairs where children can crawl, climb,

slide and hide - like children do. When I create the shapes and choose the colors, I think as a child and as a parent,

and so focus on the children's enjoyment

as well as on their safety.

 

The shapes are meant to be open to different interpretations, not to be identified as a certain object or creature.

 

I believe in children's imagination. They do not need

a label or a name.
